Admission to Business innovation centre depends on additional criteria, which demand from a new company or project higher expected value added per employee, activity with a higher degree of innovation or economic activity based on knowledge.
A) Candidate categories
Regular members - incubatees: the incubator is primarily intended fot the admission of new regular members that enter the incubation process. Priority shall be given to new innovative or technological inovative companies.
Innovative company is defined as a company that will be developing and producing products and implementing services or processes in an innovative way.
From technological innovative companies is also expected a high content of knowledge in products and services and the potential of fast growth. In both groups is expected above average added value per employee.
Pre-incubatees: to persons or business groups that are not ready yet to register and start implementing the activity is offered the option of a short rent-free pre-incubation phase.
Other persons: exceptionally other persons may rent the premises, especially when a large part of premises is not occupied or when Inkubator evaluates that the activity of the persons is beneficial for the regular activity of incuabtion.
B) Period of admission of new members
The application form can be submitted anytime and Inkubator starts immediately the assessment. If a session of inkubator's assembly, which is authorized for the final approval of admission, is not expected shortly a session is organized just to discuss the admission of a new member /new members.

3. Analysis of data from the application form and revision
4. Conclusive interview
5. Valuation
6. Discussion of admission at assembly
7. Notification and conclusion of contract
D) Settlement in incubator
On the basis of a three-year lease the selected member obtains the agreed upon modular space with subsidized rent in the first two years of operation. At member's disposal are common technical infrastructure, mentoring and support services. Membership permits innovative companies to participate in the public tender of Slovene enterprise fund to obtain subsidy for the start-up of innovative companies.
