Business innovation centre comprises premises in the new building; large workshops/laboratories on the ground floor (around 85 m2), small laboratories and offices on floors, where are situated also a seminar room and a conference hall. Incubator's administration offices are on the second floor. Storage units are available in adjoining building, where is also located a restaurant. Some of the modern principles of ecological construction were taken into account in planning of the building: heat pump, panel heating/cooling , building shadowing, option of connectiong solar collectors.
