 According to the European Commission's definition, business incubator is:
a
place, in which are situated start-up companies on a relatively limited
area. The basic purpose of incubator is to increase the possibility of
growth and degree of survival of these companies by providing: modular buildings, common technical infrastructure, managerial support and support services.
